1.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the cookware or small appliance coating industry; candidates with team management experience are preferred.

2.Responsible for managing market operations and customer relations for Lici’s domestic marketing department across regions including East China (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai), South China, and Fujian.

3.Execute and achieve the company’s annual sales targets.

4.Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular client visits, accurately understand customer needs, and maintain smooth, ongoing communication.

5.Monitor market trends, identify new markets and opportunities, collect and analyze information, and provide regular feedback to the company.

6.Ensure contracts are properly executed, follow up on payments in a timely manner, and prevent transactional risks.

7.Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

1.Associate degree or above in Chemistry, Polymer Materials, Marketing, or related fields.

2.Over 3 years of sales experience; experience in the chemical coating industry is preferred. Familiarity with cookware, small appliances, and thermal cups is a plus. Must have solid knowledge of company products, technology, and application processes to effectively guide clients through successful implementation and mass production.

3.Highly self-disciplined, proactive, and able to independently organize work while safeguarding company interests.

4.Resilient, diligent, and hardworking, with strong dedication and a sense of responsibility.

5.Possess market analysis and marketing promotion skills, with excellent communication abilities.

6.Able to drive and adapt to frequent business travel; able to work under pressure.

Salary and benefits:

Base salary: 10,000–15,000 CNY/month, plus year-end bonus and team performance bonus. Total annual compensation ranges from 200,000 to 400,000 CNY.
