1.Collaborate with R&D and technical departments to improve and optimize formula design, product performance, production process parameters, and application parameters.

2.Assist relevant departments in conducting pilot tests for improved products.

3.Be proficient in company products, technologies, and application processes to effectively guide clients through successful implementation and mass production.

4.Provide technical guidance and support to clients, and effectively handle any abnormal situations that arise during product use.

5.Assist sales managers in local market development and sales activities, supporting the execution of the company's annual sales targets.

6.Monitor market trends, identify new markets and opportunities, collect and analyze information, and provide regular feedback to the company.

7.Ensure proper execution of contracts, follow up on payments in a timely manner, and prevent transactional risks.

8.Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

1.Junior high school or above, major in Chemistry, Polymer Materials, Marketing, or related fields.

2.Over 2 years of technical service experience in the cookware and small appliance coating industry; familiarity with cookware, small appliances, and thermal cups is a plus.

3.Highly self-disciplined, proactive, and able to independently organize work while safeguarding company interests.

4.Resilient, diligent, and hardworking, with strong dedication and a sense of responsibility.

5.Possess market analysis and marketing promotion skills, with excellent communication abilities.

6.Able to drive and adapt to frequent business travel; able to work under pressure.
