1.Familiar with the cookware and small kitchen appliance industry, as well as cookware coating materials, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.

2.At least 3 years of sales management experience in a well-known coating company within the industry, with extensive experience in frontline sales management and customer/market management.

3.Candidates with successful experience in managing industry teams or market operations are preferred.

4.Assist the Marketing Director in managing the daily operations of the marketing department.

5.Graduates in polymer materials or marketing are preferred.

6.Possess a diligent, down-to-earth work ethic and the ability to work hard.

7.Self-motivated, independent thinker, able to organize and manage work autonomously.

8.Familiar with the development, clients, and brands of the domestic and international cookware and small appliance industry, with independent insights and unique perspectives on industry trends.

Salary and benefits:

Base salary: 15,000–20,000 CNY/month, plus year-end bonus and team performance bonus. Total annual compensation ranges from 300,000 to 500,000 CNY.
