Team-Building Trip to Yuliao Grand Beach

Following the two-day team-building retreat held by Rhitz headquarters in Anji in early June, colleagues from the Jinhua Office also gathered this month at Yuliao Grand Beach in Cangnan to enjoy a fulfilling and joyful weekend together.

Movie Night Together – Upstream Life

With the aim of offering relaxation and entertainment, enhancing communication, strengthening team cohesion and collaboration, and easing the pace of work, all colleagues from the Yongkang Office gathered on August 19 at Times Cinema World (Tongqin Town) to watch the film Upstream Life, with the company’s support.

The film Upstream Life tells a realistic and inspiring story of an ordinary urban worker. Through the journey of the protagonist Gao Zhilei, portrayed by Xu Zheng, it vividly depicts the hardships and perseverance of grassroots workers.

As a programmer, Gao Zhilei faces a midlife crisis marked by long working hours, lack of exercise, and diabetes. At the same time, he is confronted with sudden layoffs and his father’s serious illness. These challenges force him to rethink the meaning of life, leading him to start a new journey as a food delivery rider.

On this new path, he encounters numerous obstacles, including inaccurate navigation, negative customer feedback, and intentional difficulties from property managers. Through perseverance, he eventually becomes the top performer at his delivery station. The film not only portrays the operational realities of the delivery industry but also highlights the challenges riders face under algorithm-driven systems and performance evaluations.
