Amid warm applause and joyful laughter, Rhitz’s 2025 Annual Gala officially commenced on the evening of February 4, 2026. All factory employees and part of our overseas sales team gathered at Jinjiayuan to witness this significant moment for everyone at Rhitz.

On this special evening, we set aside our daily busyness to reflect on the challenges we overcame and the achievements we gained over the past year. More importantly, it was a warm gathering to affirm one another, build consensus, and move forward together toward the future.

Director Park’s Speech | Bringing the System to Life on the Front Line

Dear colleagues,

It is my great pleasure and honor to gather with you at this year’s annual gala.

If we compare the company to a 15-year-old teenager, Rhitz has completed its rapid growth stage and laid a solid foundation. While our scale continues to expand, strengthening our core capabilities is even more important.

Along the way, we have experienced setbacks and trial-and-error. Yet every challenge has taught us how to stand firmer and go further.

In December 2025, the company successfully obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, forming an integrated management framework covering both quality and environmental systems together with our existing ISO 9001 certification.

However, I want to emphasize that certification is not just “a certificate,” but a living system that must operate effectively on the front line.

Our systems must keep pace with on-site changes, and our response must be faster than risk.

Going forward, we will continue to strengthen our closed-loop mechanism of “identify issues – correct immediately – analyze root causes – prevent recurrence,” ensuring that our systems truly safeguard customer trust.
