2024 has passed, and 2025 has arrived. To thank everyone for their hard work and contributions over the past year, and to ensure smooth operations in 2025, Rhitz management decided to hold the company’s Year-End Gala and Team Building event on January 18, 2025.The event was not only a review and recognition of the past year’s work but also an inspiration and outlook for future development. Through a variety of engaging activities, it aimed to strengthen team cohesion, unleash employees’ potential, and promote corporate culture.

01  Fun & Adventure: Free Exploration

 Yuyuan Countryside Resort

Amid busy work schedules, Rhitz chose the Yuyuan Countryside Resort for the year-end gala and team building. Spanning 1,200 acres, this private estate-style resort immerses guests in a poetic countryside. The streams, bridges, and scenic landscapes reminiscent of Jiangnan's fertile lands invited everyone to relax, seek leisure, and embrace a touch of romance. Here, we could fully enjoy the gifts of nature, unwind, and relieve work-related stress.

Free Activities

In the morning, everyone enjoyed free activities. From fun golfing and forest off-road adventures to the thrill of live-action CS games, each activity allowed participants to forget the daily hustle and stress. Kayaking enthusiasts could exercise while enjoying serene lakes and mountain views. Every activity offered Rhitz colleagues a fulfilling and enjoyable morning in a relaxed and cheerful environment.

BBQ & Outdoor Cooking

Over the BBQ, charcoal flames burned brightly as fresh ingredients turned golden and sizzling aromas filled the air. Wild rice cooked in an outdoor stove with cured meats, sausages, and vegetables released a rich, mouthwatering fragrance. The simple yet delicious meal brought back childhood joys and cherished memories.

Fun & Team Activities

In the afternoon, the company organized team-building activities to enhance communication and collaboration. Icebreaker games, frisbee, dry-land curling, and collective block-stacking challenges tested teamwork and cooperation. Each member contributed to the team while enhancing their sense of personal value and achievement.

03 Year-End Gala Dinner

As the Lunar New Year approached, the company’s gala dinner became the highlight of the season. It was more than just a meal—it was a review of the year’s work and a recognition of employees’ hard work.The gala opened with speeches from Mr. Xu Changmin, General Manager, and Mr. Park Hyungjun, Head of R&D, summarizing the past year and sharing a vision for the future.

Speech by Mr. Park

Mr. Park emphasized the significance and positive impact of Rhitz obtaining ISO9001 certification in 2024, and outlined the company’s goals for 2025: re-certification as a high-tech enterprise, and recognition as a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” and above-scale enterprise. This both acknowledges current achievements and demonstrates confidence and planning for future growth, enhancing industry position and competitiveness.

General Manager Mr.Xu

In 2024, China’s GDP grew by approximately 5%, showing a challenging economic environment. Despite this, Rhitz achieved a 90%-95% revenue growth compared to 2023, thanks to the team’s joint efforts and positive spirit. The company’s major shareholders and management are proud and excited about this achievement.Looking back over the past decade, we moved from losses to profitability, thanks to shareholder support. We hope Rhitz colleagues continue to work diligently, laying a foundation for sustained growth. In 2025, the revenue target is 60 million RMB, focusing on the South China market, expanding international business, and exploring other industries for diversified growth.

During the dinner, laughter and cheer filled the air. Rhitz colleagues performed on stage, their melodies and voices igniting the atmosphere. The lottery segment further elevated excitement, with everyone eagerly awaiting their chance to win.
